Using the Webgility AI Assistant

The Webgility AI Assistant is currently available to Webgility Online users for transactional accounting. To use it, click on the AI star icon in the top-right side of your dashboard, then enter a question or pick one from our example questions that you’d like to ask. 

 

 

You can ask the Webgility AI Assistant questions like:

  • Who are my top 10 customers this year?
  • What is the total revenue of all orders this year?
  • Give me my total revenue for this year broken down by payment processor
  • What are my best-selling products?

The AI Assistant will fetch the relevant data that addresses your question and formulate a response, delivering rapid insights that would otherwise take you hours of sifting through account information to find.
